Some things are better released than carried. Triphala, Reishi, magnesium chloride and lemon — a grounding ritual for renewal.
“This is not just a bath sachet. It is an act of release. Of letting go. Of choosing what your body carries forward and what it leaves in the water.”
Detoxifying Ritual by Dream Glow Rituals is an earthy, grounding bath tea sachet designed to support your body's natural renewal. Magnesium chloride cleanses at a cellular level. Triphala — Ayurveda's revered three-fruit formula — adds botanical depth. Reishi mushroom brings adaptogenic grounding. Lemon essential oil lifts the mood.

Lemon essential oil brightens the mind while chamomile and lavender keep the body calm.
Dried chamomile and lavender bring deep anti-inflammatory calm to every soak.
Colloidal oats soften and soothe skin while the minerals and botanicals do their deeper work.
Earthy muted green tones and a grounding botanical scent create intentional ritual atmosphere.
Triphala and Reishi together in a bath sachet is genuinely rare — a true point of difference.
- 1Set an intention before you step in. Decide what you are releasing. This bath is about renewal.
- 2Fill bath with warm water and drop the sachet in. Watch the earthy tones release slowly.
- 3Breathe in the lemon and chamomile. Slow your exhale on every breath for the first five minutes.
- 4Soak for 20–30 minutes with conscious, slow breathing. No phone. No screen.
- 5Pat skin dry gently after. Allow the sense of release to carry past the bathroom door.
- 6Drink a large glass of water. Flush what your body has chosen to release.

What is Triphala and why is it in a bath?
Triphala is a classical Ayurvedic formula combining three fruits: Amalaki (Emblica officinalis), Haritaki (Terminalia chebula) and Bibhitaki (Terminalia bellirica). Together they are used in Ayurveda for cleansing, renewal and balance — both internally and externally.
What does Reishi do in a bath?
Reishi mushroom is included for its grounding, adaptogenic aromatic presence. It contributes to the deeply earthy, calming character of this ritual and makes the Detoxifying Ritual genuinely unique in the bath product market.
Why magnesium chloride instead of magnesium flakes?
Magnesium chloride has superior transdermal absorption compared to magnesium sulphate (Epsom salts). It is the same form used in magnesium oil and transdermal therapy — making it more effective for cellular-level mineral delivery.
Is this suitable for sensitive skin?
Generally yes, but we recommend a patch test as chamomile can cause reactions in those allergic to the Asteraceae (daisy) plant family. If in doubt, patch test on the inner wrist 24 hours before use.
How often should I use this?
2–3 times per week is ideal, or whenever you feel the need for a genuine reset. Many customers use this at the end of a stressful week as a deliberate renewal ritual.
Will the water change colour?
Yes — the bath water takes on a muted, earthy green-brown tone from the Triphala, chamomile and botanicals. This is completely natural and washes away easily. It is part of what makes the visual experience so grounding.
