  2. 2Add Pod: Drop the Glow Up Pod directly into the water. No need to open or empty it.
  3. 3Rose Water: Pour your included 1.5ml rose water vial into the bowl for an enhanced ritual.
  4. 4Steep: Allow the pod to steep for 60 seconds before beginning your steam.
  5. 5Drape: Drape a clean dark towel over your head and the bowl to trap the steam.
  6. 6Steam: Steam your face 5–10 minutes, 20–30cm from the bowl. Rinse cool. Apply toner or serum.

Will turmeric stain my skin?

In steam form it rarely stains skin, but it WILL stain light towels and bowls. Always use a dark towel.

How often should I use this?

1–2 times per week. Daily steaming can disrupt the skin barrier — twice weekly gives full benefit without stress.

Can I use this with sensitive skin?

How is this different from a vitamin C serum?
