  1. 1Schedule: Use 2–3 times in the weeks before. Once more the morning of — allow 2 hours before makeup.
  2. 2Patch Test: Always patch test 48 hours before your event — no exceptions, even if used before.
  3. 3Boil: Boil 2–3 cups of water, pour into ceramic bowl. Drop pod in, add rose water. Steep 60 seconds.
  4. 4Drape: Drape a clean towel over your head and bowl. Close your eyes and breathe deeply.
  5. 5Steam: 5–10 minutes, 20–30cm away. Let the saffron and sandalwood work.
  6. 6Finish: Rinse with cool water. Apply toner, serum, then SPF. You are photo-ready.
Important: Always patch test at least 48 hours before your event — no exceptions. Do not use for the first time the night before. Pearl powder is not vegan — vegan version available on request. Pearl powder is derived from oyster shells — not vegan. A pearl-free version is available on request at the same price. Note your preference at checkout.

When should I start using it before my wedding?

Start 4 weeks before: once weekly for weeks 1–3, then twice in week 4 — 2 days before and morning of. Always patch test on your first use.

Can I give this as a hen's party gift?

Is the rose water included?

Yes — every pod includes a 1.5ml vial of 100% pure steam-distilled rose water with no additives. Safe for sensitive skin.

Is it safe during pregnancy?

Saffron should be avoided during pregnancy as a precaution. A saffron-free version is available. Consult your midwife before use.

Does saffron actually work for brightening?

Yes. Safranal and crocin have documented tyrosinase-inhibiting activity — the enzyme responsible for melanin overproduction. Effects build with weekly use.
